Born from the friendship between Louis W. McGrath and Tom Poppell, our company was founded on family values. Upholding and sharing those values continues to be our mission.

Louis "Mac" McGrath

2nd Generation Realtor and a 5th Generation Plant City native. Specializes in all aspects of Real Estate, including Residential, Commercial, Vacant Land, Landlord and Tenant Representation in both Residential and Commercial Leasing, and Property Management. Louis "Mac" McGrath has been licensed since 2000 and holds designations from the Realtor Institute(GRI), Residential Real Estate Council(CRS), and Real Estate Business Institute(CRB). Mac is a past president of Plant City Noon Rotary and continues to actively serve with the club. He has volunteered on numerous boards over the years including: Friends of the Bruton Memorial Library, Plant City Economic Development Corporation, Plant City Chamber Ambassador, Noon Rotary & Boys and Girls Club of Plant City. Father of 3, and an avid family man, Mac also enjoys golf, tennis, fishing and hunting.

Shainy Seidner

Shainy graduated from the University of Tampa (UT) with a bachelor's degree in management with a minor in English and is obtaining her Master's degree in entrepreneurship at the UT's Lowth Entrepreneurship Center. Shainy is a Tampa native and has worked closely with architecture and transactions. She has always had an interest in real estate and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is passionate about business, leadership and loves the process of helping clients from start to finish, forming lasting relationships with them.
